Our ministry’s purpose is to glorify God. We use God’s word as our authority, we strive to achieve our purpose through:
growing in our understanding and knowledge of God, in our love for Him and people
growing in understanding of our design and purpose as helpers and life givers
living it out in seasons of singleness, marriage, and widowhood in the home family, church family and outside of church walls as Christ commissioned the first disciples in Matthew 28:19-20
modeling our relationships according to Titus 2:3-5:
“Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.”
Our women serve the church body through many different ways including:
Prayer ministry, small prayer groups
New moms - baby showers, arranging for and providing meals for new moms, etc.
Aid to refugees from Ukraine
Bible study special events - fellowship nights
Book club - small group bible studies
Modern Day Princess teen mentoring program ages 14-16 years old
Modern Day Princess Jr. tween mentoring program 12-13 years old
caring for needs of the church body through serving in different ministries as the Spirit leads.
